Spring Forest QigongSpring Forest Qigong is an advanced, simple, and powerful form of Qigong. It was developed in China by Qigong Master Chunyi Lin after years of research and practice. Qigong which means to cultivate or refine one’s vitality or life force through practice is the basis of Chinese medicine.
This ancient discipline combines mental concentration, breathing technique, and body movements to activate and cultivate our “vital energy” also known as breath or Qi as it flows through the invisible channels of the body. Qigong addresses the root cause of sickness, and heals the body physically, mentally and spiritually. The goal is to enhance the quality of life by teaching us ways to open our energy channels and maintain balance. Qigong heals more rapidly and completely than conventional western medicine, actively involves the patient and prevents future problems. It is a completely safe and non-invasive form of energy healing that is very relaxing, vitalizing and can be used in conjunction with both “modern” and alternative healing modalities. Master Lin has revised and simplified the movements of Qigong and clarified the principles so that they are easy to learn and so that everyone could realize that we are born with the natural ability to heal ourselves, detect energy blockages in the body, and send Qi to help others to heal. Since 1995, Master Lin has taught over 15,000 students Qigong in universities, colleges and medical centers in the United States. |
Spring Forest Qigong Qi~ssageSpring Forest Qigong Qi~ssage combines the energy of qigong and the art of massage. During a session the recipient remains clothed.
Qi~ssage involves touch and stimulation of key energy points along major meridians/energy channels of the body in a specific order, similar to acupuncture and acupressure. Qi~ssage enhances the balance and flow of energy. It helps us to relax, relieve stress and tension; and energizes the body and mind. |
